Then there's the crazy stuff my life brings - stuff kids (whether mine or a student) say and do, stuff I say in response, and one I haven't touched on yet - the weirdness of being a pastor's wife. I've also toyed with the idea of doing tutorials of some things that I've done, either crafts with or without the kids, baking, organizing, green cleaning, or something else, I don't know. What do you think? What would you like to see? What do you think works best here?

ALL OF IT.
Honestly, the blogs I come to love are those that will let me in on more than one aspect of their lives. If there's a mom blogger I like (and I like you), then I want to get to know her the same way I want to get to know my girlfriends.
We're so multi-dimensional that I find it hard to suspend my disbelief that someone is just focused on one thing all the time... that's what I find challenging about devotional blogs or breastfeeding blogs or cooking blogs... I'd talk to any of my friends in depth about those things... but never JUST about those things.
That's my .02! Of course, I have too many kids to know what I'm talkin' about, so take my opinion with a giant grain of salt. ;)

All excellent points. Plus, it means I get to incorporate everything I love! It's brilliant! Stay tuned for some posts with a different feel... :)
